The Lottery for Observation Rides will be conducted by picking a particular bead from a bag of colored beads. The first person(s) to pick the Winning color wins a ride. You must be present when the drawing is done or your name is removed from the lottery waiting list. If you don't win and want to hang out for the next drawing, you keep your name on the lottery waiting list.
