word doc with picts
« on: April 12, 2010, 08:45:30 PM »
Hi Chris, I posted a topic called suggestions on how to make an eel.   I copied and pasted a word doc with pictures.  The picts did not post.  Can I post these picts with the topic somehow?  Thanks!  Rachel

Sure can! When you make a post, whether starting a new topic or replying to an existing one, click on the "+ Additional Options..." link right under the text box where you enter your post - like I'm doing now. That will expand.... additional options. Right there you will see "Attach" with a text box and a BROWSE... button. This allows you to attach a file to the post like your word document.

For images, you must FIRST upload them to our gallery. I suggest using the PROJECTS AND IDEAS album here Then as you create your post, use the "Gallery Image" button below the text box to insert an image like so...

"Ken at worlk"

As you can see, this lets you insert images into your post as you type thus letting you illustrate whatever it is you're writing about. Hope this helps explain how it's done!
