ANSWERED: member search on sending messages

I tried sending private messages, which is working great as long as I know the member's user name.  When I try to search for a member though, the serach doesn't come up with any names.  Am I using it wrong?

It would help if you tell me/us what you searched for.  And remember that you can use the wildcard character '*' so if you're searching for

Trina

you could try searching for

Tri*

 or

*rin*

I was searching for "Rachel" which did not find anyone, but per your suggestion, when I searched under R*, I got her.  Thanks!

Annnnnnnd, since we're a small community as of now, you can check the member's list.
You know, that little link on the front page that says " Members List/Searchable list of all registered members."
