I tried to add a few items to the camp wish list and they did not add??

Worked fine for me.  I assume you completed all the required fields like QTY and DESC?

Can you post EXACTLY what you were trying to add?  Perhaps there are some special characters, etc I haven't thought of...

Ah ha!  Actually that wasn't obvious since it wasn't marked with a red star.  I've changed the form to indicate that and I also modified the code to DEFAULT the needed by date to the last Monday in August for the next 10 years.
